dont get me wrong, i totally agree that they should never ban anyone from -ev games unless there is some sort of proof of manipulation...if they are so worried about multiple royals being hit after the first, they shouldnt offer the game...they do a lot of incompetent stuff there though, thats nothing new...

i am simply stating that i have no problem with not paying a banned player...if they were free rolling him, they wouldnt have given back the deposits... nobody got free rolled while both were potentially trying to and cory is, no doubt, more at fault here

Ok. Did Cory have a chance to lose? Yes. Hence, 53 deposits. Did Cory have a chance to win? No. Hence, refusal to pay at withdrawal.

lets be completely honest...if you attempt to beard back into a book using your mothers name, play from the same state and play the same casino game that you were banned from the book for playing, why in the world would you expect to get paid??? is a player dumb enough to think he will win and see money? fuck no... it probably never had any chance of sneaking through any of the cracks...its not a free roll when its a banned player, thats whats pretty simple to me

Except that it's the definition of freeroll.

If you're okay with a book freerolling a player, then you MUST be okay with a player freerolling a book. Otherwise, your opinion is meritless.

I don't want to see freerolls for either side. And there's a pretty simple way for a book to alleviate that - pay the bets that you take.
 
Freerolling is the only edge that is 100%.

Agree with F0cker, if they knew it was him they should have not accepted his deposits.

If they accept the deposits and he wins they should pay - and then shut him down if they don't want anymore action.

the way you would have handled the situation opens the floodgates for guys to half ass attempt to beard in while banned/multi and free roll the book because, according to you, they should still get paid if they win and get caught...why do you give a free pass? why is it okay for a player to beard into a book, but not okay for a book to make an example of banned players? you have no idea how much bullshit books go through with scams/disputes etc. on a daily basis...

What floodgates? How many places already knowingly accept beards? How is placing a publicly available wager with a book scamming them?
 
while we all agree that he shouldnt have been banned in the first place, thats their deal and while places have a need for sharp players, they have absolutely no need for someone they feel is sharp in the casino...none... so paying this banned player says "sure, you can come back and take advantage of our casino, no problem" ...fuck that...i dont mind one bit that a book makes an example out of a banned player...especially in a cut and dry case like this one... if you arent smart enough to do it without getting caught, you are going to end up wasting a lot of peoples time (like now) and do nothing but cause headaches...i feel no pity for anyone who gets busted so convincingly...even if its me

durito made a comment about some of the "pros" all siding with the player here... those same people either 1. dont even have money there... 2. have been limited to nothing and are bitter about it .. or 3. have tried to pull some shit over on them and got busted as well and its a personal thing... none of those opinions, or anyone else is going to hurt or help their business in this case

no problem with "thinking" a player is bad and giving him the boot with pay.... but when you "know" the player has bearded back in and is attempting to take the first shot at taking advantage of you... no, you shouldnt get paid and should be made an example of.

because cory "thinks" he has an advantage...and in this case, he would be up 2x what he deposited under his moms name...small sample, but apparently its something he has done at quite a few places...the book telling him his business isnt welcome also gives him the idea that he actually does have some sort of an advantage...and if a players beards in after being banned and think they have an advantage, they do not deserve to get paid when busted...

also, there is a difference in bearding in for online casino action and sportsbook action as well...

then the rules against multi accounting take precedent... yall are both reading entirely too much into a cut and dry case against a banned player.
