dont worry the us taxpayers will reward him with free rent, food, showers, healthcare, internet, and cable tv for the remainder of his life. oh yeah and he doesnt have to work. that will teach him a lesson and intimidate others from doing the same thing in the future

I think we should go back to public hangings.

Not even kidding.

It's gruesome, sure, but let's be honest, with anything remotely this sick and twisted, it's well, well deserved.

Plus we wouldn't have to pay for this sub-human to live out the rest of his days on the public dime.

If this is like Georgia it will take several years until the trial. We had a guy here who killed four people with a gun (one was a judge and the other was a cop) and was caught on tape in front of hundreds of witnesses and when they caught him they still had a trial. He even plead not guilty.

This one will get fast tracked here. Trial will start w/in the year most likely. That is assuming that his confession doesn't mean he wants to plead guilty.. or that some scumbag attorney convinces him to fight it..

Another interesting wrinkle is that both victim and suspect are Orthodox Jews. In the neighborhood where the killing took place they often let the Jews enforce their own rules of law, we even had a course about it in law school (very close by)... I'm sure that wont be the case with such a heinous crime, but it likely will play a part.

Check out what this 'Crazy' poster across the street posted. Wow.

It's terrible that a kid can't walk 4 blocks by himself in his own neighborhood without getting his feet chopped off. I'm sure he was mature for his age and that's why his mom trusted him to walk it halfway unattended.

New York City and most of its boroughs are complete and utter dumps nowadays, I say this having seen the areas transform firsthand. You used to be able to leave your doors unlocked until the neighborhoods became so... diversified, for lack of a better word. Foolish to trust your neighbor anymore.
