I may be in the minority here, but I'm not sure how great Buscemi will be as this lead. Seems to me they could have cast someone with a more powerful persona. Don't get me wrong, I love him as an actor. Amazing in Fargo, Reservoir Dogs, etc. but he sounds like he's on laughing gas for christsake. I do have to give props for the set and costuming. Amazing.
 
I thought this was going to be good and I was even more impressed after watching the first episode. I think HBO hit another one out of the park.

I had some reservations of Buscemi being a lead character as Couger is talking about above but if the first episode is any indication of how he will be going forward....he will be just fine. I see a couple other people in this show that are going to emerge as stars as well. Great actors that are relatively unknowns...
