Yes, I'm familiar with the pph service and the Hells Angels here in Toronto, the Hells collect every Thursday from credit players.
These guys don't look anything like bikers, the guy I know drives a Ford pickup and dresses like a businessman.
 
What are they supposed to look like? The Legion of Doom?

It is because they don't want to stand out. If you have ever watched Sons of Anarchy you will notice these guys behave the way the bikers did in the early 80's. I knew of auto repair shops, collision shops, bars etc where everyone wore their cut. Doesn't really happen anymore unless they want to make a statement. They don't want to attract attention while conducting business. They also don't want their "legitimate" business interests noticed by anyone. Proceeds of crime laws help create this.
