OK... I was kinda hoping we take a month off to prepare but 👌
 
Sit-up is one of those inconsistent exercise that everyone does differently.

Need a video posted to display proper form.
 
Butterfly situps are going to be the best method because it is easier on the back.
 
I think I'll do deadbugs
 
I don't get it, putting hands behind head is by far the toughest for me. Even holding your ears is much easier like this

btw according to Matty's keto doctor, situps are not good foe eliminating belly fat. What you need to do supposedly, is this exercise standing up and leaning back at the waist and back to vertical. It's easy and feels good, and you can feel your muscles contracting.
 
My purpose behind doing the challenge is to stay active, consistent and reach an attainable goal. It will also improve your core, which will help avoid injuries to the lower back.The goal is not to get a 6 pack. You can do them whatever way you want to do it as long as you are using good form.
