wow 10-15 miles of walking, is a huge chunk of the day

Yeah. I spend about 4 hours a day in total walking. Usually up and down the strip - from the Wynn to the MGM and back.

I am not letting myself go, mind you I have gained about 5 lbs.... however the puppy is going wild.....

When your a fat fuck 5 lbs means nothing. I gain lose that in a weekend.

Post holiday weigh-in was this morning. Gained exactly 5 pounds.

Time to get back on track with better eating and regular exercise.
