2 weeks since surgery, 3 weeks since injury

doing much better than last break, since I don't have a plaster cast and can clean and exercise when I take my removable splint off

no stitches, just skin glue (dermabond)

a chip of my ulna broke off, but they didn't do anything to it, it should just heal on its own

here is a pic from july 4 after returning from the MI emergency room

we listened to a ted talk pod cast on the way back about overcoming adversity

it talked about taking a "power stance" before you go into a big meeting

this is my power stance in front of the 4 wheeler I wrecked
