Costco protein in 8 ounces of water and 4 ounces of fairlife to break the 18 hr fast.

quinoa chili next then big bowl of fruit and oikos yogurt
I find the 18 hour fasts to be easy and enjoyable (other than missing my half n half with my morning coffee).

The hump I can’t get over is the 36-48 hour fast. Have you done one before?
