It's the lightest most perfect cake I've had in some time. I only ate half. I used to order 2 of them. Gotta draw the line.

Australian Grass Fed Ribeye (new menu item at Hugo). Medium. Sauteed mushrooms, well done hash browns.

Was good, but I guess I've developed a preference for less fatty steaks in general. The marbling was fantastic I'm not going to lie. But I find as I get older, I prefer a strip.

I have found that grass fed beef doesn’t taste nearly as good as a traditional Prime cut.

Also, people ordering steaks cooked more than medium gives me the ick.

I always order medium
But, depends on the spot
I prefer brickwalled pink
