Used to go every weekend about 10 years ago. Its a good workout, great being outside, and the chicks who rock climb have great bodies.

Might be helpfully if your learn how to tie some knots. The ropes are expensive as hell if you start buying some equipment.

cardboard

we were eating them during the matty 20 fiasco

now we're not really watching what we're eating, but we're going through that push-ups program

Tell us about this pushup program.

Do you guys have Trader Joes in Trawno? Thats all I eat these days. Pretty healthy.

Blitty's Trick of the Trade #92: Purchase frozen fruit from store (I've only bought at TJ's, but they prob have everywhere). Strawberries, Mangos, Blueberries, Pineapple, maybe get crazy and get some Raspberries. Mix/Match in blender (I have a small cheap one). Fill half full with warm/hot water (To thaw fruit so blender doesn't break). Blend and pour. Every morning this past month I've done this so far.

No Trader Joe's. There is a shitload of specialty grocery stores around my place. I just buy fruits and veggies at Bloor Superfresh, where fiver bought stale bagels that are normally good.

Thought it was that one. I have the 100 pushups app on my iphone. Herman made a thread about this last year. I have noticed big physical improvements. Wish I had started doing them more back in highschool.
