Reno, you've never heard of dumplings? There was a place in Madison that made Russian dumplings that were awesome.

Pelmeni was the name of the restaurant. I guess that's the name of the dumplings too.

They looked a lot like this... (stuffed with either meat (beef) or potato)

SO GOOD.

Man, I love perogies too. Probably the perfect food. Starch stuffed with starch and cheese and served with bacon and sour cream.
