Just begging the squares to pound Colorado St

Probably the lowest profile fixture tonight but the only one where I can see any real value.

This is an alternative line and plays on the fact that when Burnley fall behind, they become undisciplined and push on for an equaliser. Burnley are catastrophically bad on the road at this level and have lost 11 out of 12 games this season, conceding 35 goals in the process.

Fulham themselves have been in poor form and I would not play the money line in this game, -127 does not represent when 2 or 3 key players (Dempsey in particular is a big miss) are injured.

I much prefer the additional value that this line offers and hope/expect that this match will follow a similar pattern to so many Burnley away games this season - concede and crumble.

I have a few software problems at the moment, once I get it fixed I will update with a similar line that is available for US players.

On the day the Copa Libertadores of America is set to kick off, Universidad Catolica of Chile and Colon de Santa Fe of Argentina decides one of the two spots left in the group phase of the competition. Today at 5:20pm EST in the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium of Santiago the match, to know the final contender of the Group 8 of the continental tournament, will start.

The Universidad Catolica hold their destiny in their hands. They know that the away goals scored in the first leg of the head to head gives them the clear objective of a simple win, without the deficit of goals to have in mind. The first leg ended 3-2 to Colon and that gives Catolica the chance to advance with a 1-0, 2-1 etc straight victory.



Pressure

Colon visits their neighbor to the west with less pressure having done their home work at home. After fielding a mixed squad on their Sunday draw against Tigre in the local competition, they took the flight out west on Monday. With the mentality of playing for a draw they have prepared this game with the primary objective of not going out looking for a score and focus on tightening the mid-field and defenses lines. On the Chilean press Antonio Mohammed, head coach of Colon, was quoted “We always go out to win in all fields. But I prefer to talk after the 90 minutes, because before the match we can say something, and then something else might come out”. It is very clear their sole attacking strategy is the occasional counter attack.

For Universidad Catolica this game makes their season. Inclusion in this tournament is a must for the fans, management, and the Chilean football federation. Coming from fielding a mixed squad in their last local tournament match, which was graciously moved up to Friday last week to give them more rest time, Catolica will face what's considered their first real match of the season.

The fans will be be out in full force and putting a fireworks spectacle often seen in important matches in the small and fiery stadium. Fans are gaining anxiety in the fact the Group 8 is composed of Caracas FC of Venezuela, the legendary Flamengo of Rio de Janeiro and most importantly their city rival La Universidad de Chile. Losing this match, for the fans will be just too much, this is it and the squad knows it.


Outlook

La Catolica knows their squad is a bit more potent than Colon, they outplayed Colon for a long stretch of time in the first leg, they showed better focus at times. Minus a few critical errors at key moments they were the better team. Marco Antonio Figueroa, chief strategist of UC said “we are with a great option of advancing in the Copa”. Now at home, with the combination of theirs fans, and the needed score align with the spread of -1/2 with a price of Evens (+100), I find this a great opportunity to back them.
