yes, for me the tingling started in the head so that's why I went to the ER thinking it was some type of stroke, I feel it in the fingers and legs and feet, the high blood pressure seems like it was coincidental

yeah , maybe something isometric 4 way/6 way cervical muscle strengthening...to build some protective strength and mass around the vertebral stabilizers...

think pushing your head hard against a ball into a wall or even your own hand for 20-30 secs at a time.

then lots of flexibility and mobility work

I was a having a dream that I was in a safari in one of those safari land cruisers. In the vehicle there were other people at the back and I was sitting in the front passenger. Our tour guide and driver was Matty. There was another land cruiser ahead of us. We come to a stop because there were some tigers around, like 7 of them. The tigers start attacking the vehicle ahead and they break the glass and start dragging people out. We hear the people screaming being devoured and Matty is trying to calm our group. He hands me a broom and tells me to hit if they come here and I tell him what the hell is a broom gonna do to it. Matty also had a broom in hand when out of nowhere one tiger jumps onto the hood of our land cruiser. We scream and at the same time I wake up kicking desperately, giving me a huge calf cramp.

This week I upped it to 60 minutes a day but I think it's too much, feel too tired. I'll regress back to 30 minutes for the rest of the week.
