Trump signed an executive order assigning The Department of Defense (and SecDef) a secondary name, "they" didn't change anything and secondary means exactly that (NOT primary). He could call it the Turd Department for all he wants but "they" needs to be Congress and "change" needs to be a bill. I dont expect anyone to be a constitutional scholar but FFS a quick Google shows that only Congress can change the name of a cabinet. Once we start accepting this BS as given we give up our rights to the important shit too.
