Rudy can't keep anything down since yesterday, will go out and get him some different food at lunch. He's 11, which is getting old for this breed (10-15 is typical lifespan). Rudy has a big appetite so it's pretty odd.

Bummer dude. I've got a 13-14yo who is skinny AF. She eats a lot but probably has something (cancer, hyperactive thyroid, etc.)... I don't really want to take her in and spend a bunch on treatment. Its basically a grand just to walk into a vet around here. I know it's cold but once she's gone it makes a spot for another one (especially since we just get domestic short-hair mutts, dime a dozen in shelters).
But don't get me wrong, she's one of my favorite things in the world.

I changed his food up to one for sensitive stomachs and he basically snapped right out of it within a day or so. He's doing much better!

We did vitamin B12 shot and fluids
Have some meds too, but this cat won't take pills

Rudy has been eating regularly and gaining a little weight (1.7 pounds since I brought him in). Pretty good results.
