Cant access SBR from work computer now. Network security flashes up and warns against accessing the site. I hope it doesnt happen for Gamelive or else Ill have to actually do some work around here.

Leaving for Mississippi in the morning for the next 4 days. Playing a Florida vs Mississippi Ryder Cup style golf tourney. The sad thing is though, Ill be taking my computer cause I have developed this need to see whats going on around here on a daily basis.

Monday morning I am taking my fat ass and joining the gym. I hate gyms cause obviously most people there dont look like myself but I gotta can the ego and get this done. Probably sign up for those low impact classes where average age is 75 so at least I can feel a little better about myself.

Thanks to RayRay all my porn searches the past week has at some point or another included Lisa Ann. Sure she doesnt like fat guys but shes still kind of hot.

Im gonna have to bite the bullet and get a smart phone. I have been using Straight Talk for the past 6 months and while I love only paying $30 a month for unlimited talk text and web the web portion is the old style java and that just sucks. Will have to lay out a HUGE deposit though due to Sprint air card that didnt give me service and caused me to tell them to go to hell and opt out of my contract without paying the penalty. Now regardless of what company I sign with I have to lay out a $600 deposit.

Finally watched Avatar. I might be the last person living who hasnt seen this movie. On a side note, is Red Box not the greatest thing for movies ever? On the cheap and all the latest flicks.

Ive said before that my mom and step-dad live with me, I help provide for them since they are both retired and medical bills would have them pretty much living in poverty otherwise. They will continue to live with me up until the time they get so bad they need help bathing and such. Im a good guy and a loving son but I just cant go there. That said though, is there any worse smell than to come home and walk in on a day they decided to have cooked cabbage?
 
RJ, it's crazy what they get for a movie now. I went a couple weeks ago to see Ironman 2. It was $22 for a ticket a medium diet soda and medium popcorn.

By the way RJ,Avatar is not the greatest movie ever like some said but it was good.
 
Going to a really fancy theater this weekend in this high-end party town in Tampa. Luxury leather seats, speakers built in...highest technology available for visuals and sounds. Full course meal and bar.

Second viewing of Inception. Oh boy. No hallucinogens this time. That was too much!
 
Wally, you can get rid of one of the three:

1. Your smelly cabbage live in step-dad (not "rid" of just a place for them to live elsewhere)
2. Your belly
3. Mississippi

Love the random thread BTW, that is great stuff. Oh on another note, I can't access SBR either from work, haven't been able to for a couple years now, but GL works just fine, for now.
 
wal, i dunno man... im 37 now, won everything under the sun in h.s., won a handful of ajga events and played a year of golf at memphis back in the day (wasted talent im told)... quit school and played around 30 hooters and hogan tour(yeah i know, tell me that shit aint old school) and some other dev. shit on the west coast... after only making about half the cuts, i hung it up...went back to the club where i had worked since h.s. and got in the program...was an asst. for a few years and then head teaching pro there... you might of heard of it now, but back then The Golfing Machine was a very off the radar.... a very elitist group... i became certified and at the time, was 1 of around 90 worldwide.... today, anyone who is anyone is certified and has gone through the stages of this... Ben Doyle was so far ahead of his time in teaching golf, its scary... 3 dimensional golf swings(ie, ben hoganesque) were born off his theory and all the top teachers attempt to utilize his theories...

anyways, i got off track... after a handful of teaching years, i realized that standing in 100degree heat in the summer was for the fucking birds and quit the golf business for other things... it took me about 2 years only to get my amateur status back and on to the amateur circuit i went...joined the country club that i grew up at and have been there ever since.....so, to answer the question, im around a 2 when im playing all the time (colonial cc. is my home. used to host the fed ex, so you know this track has teeth) , but i have become a seasonal player again... i have only played a dozen or so times this year due to injury and work, but you know how it is, i can hit balls for a month and play and be right back around where i was this time last year... would take some serious work for me to get back to when i was a kid though... so if you wanna talk some golf or the golf business, i can totally understand where you are coming from...ive sat in that fucking pro shop for hours on end myself
 
RayRay, I have tour quality putting but most high schoolers are longer off the tee than I am. Knees are part of the problem and obviously gutt and arthritus are other parts of it. I have never been lower than a 6 but a few years of softball cost me some of my technique in the swing. Keep it around a 12 now and that really pisses me off. Only occasionally am able to shoot a sub 80 round these days.
