You don't need a class. You just pedal for a bit while listening to music, then you stop. Repeat 7 days a week.

I did 14 hours last week.

I mostly spun at a medium restance to my own speed and hard resistance to stand. I didn't want to be too sore today

my shins so far feel it most. I never have straps or clips .

I'm usually borderline high when getting checked, 140/90 or so. At home I can bring myself down to 120/80 with some breathing exercises.
