YEAH BUDDY

yeah buddy sausages

yeah buddy avocado

Busy with crack?

And after squats and lunges (and 2/4 sets of flat bench) my PITA client calls... ffs.

Keto cheeseburger with 1/3lb of lean ground beef, Carbønaut bun, emmentaler cheese, dill pickle slices, sugar-free ketchup & homemade spicy mayo 👌 An unsuspecting JL ate his and he had zero reaction to the keto bun. It just tastes like whole wheat bread 🤷‍♂️ I'm very impressed with the Carbønaut stuff so far.

Looks great. The name carbonaut sounds like a fancy cheese name.

I get how they got the name so no need to explain

This all sounds like a stupid expensive alternative to just eating less. But whatever works I guess... im the one smearing magic juice on my bald head.
If I'm not mistaken, keto and calorie deficit both have fairly similar success rates (or more accurately, failure rates) both short term and long term, so you are right about the alternative bit. Stupid and expensive of course are subjective.

Stupid-wise, both are restrictive diets that will work as long as you maintain them. Most fail when they eventually run out of will power and quit or try to reintroduce a more normal diet during maintenance which leads to steady weight gain. The restriction is a matter of preference; calorie counters can eat anything, but much less of it. Keto folks are heavily restricted in choice, but can eat however much protein they need to feel good.

Expensive-wise, totally a personal preference thing. Tons of diet and XYZ-friendly alternative bullshits that cost a bunch for both, tons of inexpensive options for both. You can cut cals OR go keto expensively or cheaply.

All this to say, as you originally did... whatever works! I support Matty on his meat sweaty floaty poop journey to peak fitness 💪
