I can't imagine that's something a wearable can accurately measure? Dunno. What's it based on, it sure isn't actually o2 respiration.

it's not perfect but you can get decent estimates with the heart rate at various outputs/paces

It's largely based on power/HR (I use a power meter on the bike.)

I've been up to 55 or 56 before back in 2023. 57 is a new best.

I did a half hour at 200W/118bpm earlier today, and I just did another half-hour at 175W/110bpm. Power meter was calibrated yesterday. It's accurate. Consistency on the bike pays off.
