If you're still talking about legal protections (unclear) it doesn't matter. Jack Dorsey could go on CNBC and say "we ban conservatives because we hate their stupid faces" and there's nothing wrong with that (aside from maybe being a poor BUSINESS decision).

Sure everything's perfectly legal. They write the laws. Doesn't mean people should be ok with it.

That’s the thing. What did Trump say on Twitter? None of his tweets were cause to get him banned.

He spent two months posting misinformation in a successful attempt to convince his supporters that the election was stolen, leading to an attack on the capitol building that could easily have lead to the kidnapping or murdering of members of congress.

I think Maxine Waters got some people booed out of restaurants. I'd still like to see the offending tweet(s).

I never said she tweeted anything. My point was Maxine Waters actions are just as inflammatory, yet she still has an account
 
In fact, the dozens of celebrities and ex politicians dancing on Trumps grave is pretty inflammatory don’t you think?

Last time I checked, Hilary Clinton still has an account.

So do all the members of the “squad”.
 
If you walk into your local corner store and start screaming and crying like a big baby about how you won an election in a landslide and that it was stolen from you and other customers stop shopping there because you’re such a loudmouth asshole, the store owner can have you permanently trespassed from his business.

Fine ban him, but if another person walks in goading other customers telling them their opions suck and they are evil for thinking the way they do, they can be banned as well
