Random thoughts

Here's a weird thing. If a take a Tramadol for fun, I will not have to pee during the night. Or first thing in the morning, for that matter. Not even close. Doesn't even matter if I drink a big glass of water right before bed.

Good question. I haven't tried that yet.

Maybe I'll take one for spite and see what happens.

The other thing though - with peeing - and getting old - for me anyway - is it's not necessarily as easy as it used to be. The water pressure ain't there like it was. Maybe I have been just too relaxed in life - I have always just let the pee flow - I don't push anything - and maybe those muscles have checked out for lack of use.

Now, there's more waiting than there used to be.

My brother quit drinking (he got tired of hangovers) and immediately started taking Tramadol. He insists that Tramadol is safe and non-addictive.

I’ve never taken it. What is your take on my brothers assessment of Tramadol?

The only time I had any issue with "flow" was a few years ago when I was in hospital after my broken leg surgery. I was miserable trying to pee into a bed pan for minutes and couldn't get it started. What a miserable feeling.

I honestly know nothing about it, but it is an opioid and I can't imagine that it's completely "safe and non-addictive."

My personal experience is that if I take it for a couple days in a row I start to notice feeling a little shittier the third day when I don't take one. I never would just keep taking them.

So the night be before last I had a dream that I was at Mr. Monkey's house to spray his soffit/roof to prevent bugs. I was using a squirt water bottle to do the whole thing when Mr. M appeared on the scene. First of all, spraying a roof or soffits for bugs is not something I do so it was completely random. Second of all, I've never met Mr. M in person. The way he acted was precisely how I envision him. He brought out a larger container with a wand that was more appropriate for spaying for a larger area (wise old man.) After giving me the right tool for the job, he then proceeded to ride his
bike around in circles as I was trying to have a conversation with him. Mr. M it was nice to meet you, if only in my dreams.
:mrmonkey:

MCB, it's a HONOR to be involved in a dream of yours! Way better than a nightmare!

I luv that classic pic of you teeing off! You look like you have serious game! I hope one day we can play a round! If I suck too much I'll drive the cart and be your caddy!

That’s how I felt for 24 hours after I stopped taking Percocets for a week after my bike crash

how long do we supposed to stare at it, for it to move?

Shittier than before I took them to begin with. Pretty noticeable.

But I sure feel nice on them.

yeah me too, on phone was static, on desktop farther away I see it moving

I feel like the world is in a state of confusion right now. Part of my commute takes me through a residential area, and today I saw people walking around in t-shirts and people walking around in parkas.
