What we know so far:

  • Two gunmen opened fire at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, at 1.40pm local time on Friday
  • Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said 40 were killed and 20 injured in the shootings
  • One of the gunmen live-streamed the deadly attack on Facebook using a GoPro in footage too distressing to show
  • It was posted on a Facebook page belonging to Brenton Tarrant
  • It is understood the killer is an Australian-Brit who published a chilling 94-page manifesto before the rampage
  • Cops have arrested three men and a woman - with one found wearing a suicide vest
  • The Bangladesh cricket team were at one of the mosques and escaped the shooting
  • Cops defused improvised explosives found on nearby booby-trapped cars
  • Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern called it "one of New Zealand's darkest days"
  • New Zealand cops have warned "let's not presume the danger has gone"

Media also plays a part in this kinda stuff.

You can't ostracize anyone who doesn't agree with your opinion and expect the fringe wackos not to act.

In the manifesto they stated that their motivation was to divide the US along cultural and racial lines as the goal was to bring in civil war...said they aligned themselves with the Chinese political system...

As messed up as this is, the worse part is that the reactionary types will use this as justification for further censorship...

Social and general media over exposure is a huge mental health risk for this generation. The constant bombardment of views, views and views breaks down the human brain. The average person have nothing to do on the internet but consume some type of media. We weren't ready for this hyperconnectedness.

This shooter knew what he was doing. He knew this would inflame the culture war and the media have already taken the bait.

I feel for candace Owens here. Imagine if you were being blamed for something of this nature that you had zero idea was even going to occur? On her Twitter she's standing up for herself. Good on her. She did nothing wrong here.

He knew that by blaming the likes of her and pewdewpie that it would cause further division, and sure enough, as mentioned before, the media have already taken the bait and are beckoning to the will of this pure evil prikk...

Apparently he also blamed Spiro the dragon as well, so does that mean we ban Playstations too?

A social experiment that's never been attempted previous to this generation. The search for the next dopamine hit for those likes and clicks overrides every sense of rational logic.

We're now past its honeymoon phase and the results are speaking for themselves.

There always has been and always will be terrorist attacks. You can't stop every whack job from fulfilling their messed up fantasy, but we can stop blaming one another and inflaming tensions, as division is the sole goal of what these wackos want.

Will this happen? Go on twitter and see for yourself. The search for that dopamine hit overrides ALL logic...
