same Mr. Nina. Sure he can act like an ass but he is my ass. I had to lay it out for him earlier this year that I was no longer putting up with his BS, that I would walk. And bottom line was he realized he liked having me around, that he loves me and decided to pull his head out of his ass. We have been happy ever since.

He is even planning on meeting my extended family (aunts and uncles) in a couple of weeks at a memorial service for people who have passed away during the past year which would include my dad. And I talked to his daughter a couple of weeks ago. So we have made HUGH steps forward. He has even talked about when we live together..... And then my sister laughs at what she calls my "deer in the headlight look" when he does that.

In this case, it was because I already knew what I wanted from the relationship. My position hasn't changed in years. He was the one who would blow hot and cold mainly because of cold feet. If we started getting too close/comfy with each other/whatever, he would act out like an ass.

Reno....Willie Bee and I are technically not related at all. Except he e-adopted me.
