Glad you got pro active w your issue. :) This will be wonderful for you. I, too, am dying to get back to nyc, LA is a drag! What area is this in ? Must be very nice, bc the prices have dropped a bit in nyc and this is still pretty high. I hope you get it, but I have not read whole thread, you may be on to something else.....
