you took the scenic route, i take it... from atlanta to chattanooga and up through the mountains..east tennessee is really nice this time of year....if you are into leave colors and winding roads and that sort of shit...which i am not

Made it to Dayton at 10:00 and crashed into bed. 1160 miles 19 hour trip 16 hour drive time. Mrs Mcb drove for an hour around 5:00.
Wally, CALM DOWN! I was speaking text into phone while everybody was sleeping. Got me through the monotonous stretch. Happy holidays everyone. Get drunk and say or do something regrettable around your families.

$120 + the full tank provided by rental(which will have to return full), so about $165 each way. Averaged just over 24 mpg. Senco that sounds like trouble for me and don't think thay would go over well. On one of my solo trips I will take you up.

Left Ohio at 10:00 pm on Christmas night and arrived in Miami at 4:30 pm yesterday. Great trip but good to be back.
