I originally moved here with the intent of patching it up with Ookie my ex fiancee who is like 10 minutes out, I found what I could local at the time. That didn't work out. I became buddies with my landlord, such an awesome lady I freakin love her. When I shacked up with Nookie and told my landlord I was going to be trying to sublet and I could tell how much it hurt her. Even though the rate is awesome finding a tenant out here is a royal pain in the ass. The overhead out here is so damn low compared to what I am making I can just save money which is exactly what I need to do. Reserves = freedom RR. Yes it can make me feel a little batty at times and it isn't convenient at all socially but all things considered it works.
