great choice, for many reasons..... first of all, its usually a 36+ hr no sleep binge, and he'll post and pick fights at forums he doesn't frequent. Some epic Drunken Bread vs Mofo threads are archived at EOG

opinion wise I think Gamelive is doing better than ever, quality hasn't dipped, there's not a session where I sit and not genuinely laugh at posts, its bonkers sometimes and I freaking enjoy. the regulars are great, there isn't anyone whom I wouldnt sit to have a drink with (i.e. im enamored with vagabond right now). we have lost some posters and gained some posters but the general content direction has remained.

numbers wise we are doing better than ever.. jan '11 best month yet (i.e. days with 50k page views).. google loves us, i want to go to mountain view and fuk google.. so yeah I guess we'll introduce some type of ads soon, we'll make as less intrusive as possible..

will throw some money to start doing consistent contests.. will incorporate in the uk or singapore, no sure yet.. we're working on aff companion site to gl.. we'll overhaul the front page soon.. there's two or three doable ideas floating around under the gl brand that could aid the growth of the site.. that's pretty much it, at least this quarter get some $ flowing.
