WTF does this promo mean?

Exerpt from the email from Hollywood:



This year I wanted to create a promo which would help donate some funds to the Habitat for Humanity people who are now here in Costa Rica.

Hollywood will offer you a special 15% CASH deposit bonus this week in which we will donate 5% of the bonus you receive to this incredible organization



So does that mean you only get a 10% bonus and the other 5% goes to charity? Or do you get 15% and they give 5% to charity? Or do you get 15% and they send 5% of that bonus (i.e. - 0.75% of your deposit) to charity?



What is your interpretation of that shit?

My interpretation is that none of it will actually go to charity.

Haha. Yeah. A bit confusing. Must have been written by a lawyer for wiggle room. It sounds to me like you get the 15% cash bonus and they donate 5% of something (it actually sounds more like 5% of the bonus so 0.75%) to charity out of their pocket.
