Why does my dog stink?

he may have a rotten tooth. has he been chewing his food on one side? You should take him to the vet asap. could be an ear infection.

Wow. Pogo seemed much better yesterday. Less stinky and had good appetite. Poop was better. I just went to let him out of the kennel this morning and he had thrown up in his kennel which he never has done. I'm scared! Calling and making appointment with vet right now. May have to leave mom alone for a bit but he needs attention.

Saw vet. No idea what the smell was unless it was barf that he had thrown up and eaten again.ew. I don't think it was that but it seems better today. Anyway, seems to think the other issues will resolve in a day or two with medication that I will give him 2x a day. He saw small amount of yeast in ears but said normal for the breed everything else looked good.

YAY Fatty Pogo going to live! I know you are all probably over stinky dog, but wanted to say thanks again for your responses. Carry on.

IAG, they make an ear rinse for your dog that can be found anywhere. I use it in my dog's ears just in case.

As an aside, when I briefly looked at this thread, the title, as they sometimes do, came to me in song..... Today it was "Why does my dog stink?" to the "What does the fox say?" tune. Then I thought. "why do my plays suck?" to the same tune... Chat is dead. I could entertainment myself for hours. Help me out MC...You are clev-ah. Give me some more.

I have no idea..ha..... Bored probably... I had never done it before and hadn't since ( other than some "This guy" at SP and I didn't hide that it was me. ) . I think I probably wanted to post plays but didn't want them associated with IAG in case stunk it up...lol. or I was used to posting in the Rubber Room there and wanted to keep separate sports/ screw around identities. Good question. Obviously it didn't last long. I thought it was funny though. My alter ego was supposed to be a guy I think....but if I remember correctly, I started talking about Grey's Anatomy and it was downhill from there.
