not look good

Obama bombed 7 countries without Congressional approval and Clinton bombed an aspirin factory to cover up his affair. I know it's whataboutism, and I know everyone was equally pissed off about all those incidents, but it's worth noting.

Maybe Trump will get the Nobel peace prize now like Obama.

FWIW I think it just comes down to Trump being Israel's bitch.

Yeah I mean there's no question both parties are guilty of "everything the other party does is wrong but it's okay when we do it" thinking.

Like this harping on congressional approval, to your point, if presidents you like can do it because they are Commander In Chief and need to act decisively in moments of necessity, the same applies to presidents you don't like.

Where I'm confused is the point of your last comment about the opinions of Democrats vs Iranian people. Cosmically speaking, no, obviously their opinions don't matter more. But in regards to what their elected officials do with their tax dollars... kind of? What happened to "America first" and all that?

That so many people on the left and right have zero actual values and are willing to do full 180s on their "beliefs" on a regular basis depending on what their party is saying today is incredibly sad.

I was gonna wade in to the shit with @Vegas Dave (hypocritical ideologue) and @Cougar Bait (MAGA sycophant). But instead Ill be the bigger man and just flat out say, I think spreading democracy, including by force, is a good thing... because it makes us richer.

No joke. If we have to murder a bunch of religious nut jobs to try and force a regime change im all for it. Sure its a bonus that women get some rights and people become more "free" (as defined by my western democratic ways)... but honestly im mostly in favor because it means more money and power for us in long run.

Davey I'm just wondering why we are holding Trump to some higher standard. It doesn't seem to make all that much sense. I didn't even say I was "for" or "against" it either.

Boner not being very Libertarian was not on the bingo card, but at least he's taking a side. Gotta give him props for that despite his incorrect assessment of me. I don't personally know Trump, so I'm not sure how I can be a sycophant, there's no advantage for me to gain. Maybe you meant boot licker.

Would love for you to highlight some of my hypocrisies when you've got some time for shit-wading. I feel like I'm pretty consistent 🤷‍♂️. Assume you've got me categorized in a hyper-liberal box I don't actually live in, but that's fine. We only get so much of a picture of someone from random forum posts.

In regards to Iran, I don't have a strong opinion either way. Clear pros and cons.
