Since CB liked my gun post ill add:

I don't have a position on the ICE shit happening in MN. Im not there and I dont trust any of the sources (and dont really care). But on strictly 2nd amendment grounds I would support the anti-ICE crowd shooting. If they believe their position, this is what 2A is for, personal protection is just a a bullshit ancillary benefit/justification. It 100% exists to fight back.

Tackled to ground, make no threats or anything, be disarmed and then arbitrarily executed.

Debatable on the driving woman. On this one though, can't we just agree "fuck ICE, they are 100% in the wrong"?

In both cases they don't belong there, and I'm not trying to place blame on the recent one. I have no idea. I know if he's even remotely intelligent he doesn't show up with a gun to where ICE is.

I'm not sure why this is a difficult concept to grasp

Amazing how I've never had a problem with law enforcement in my entire life (despite being arrested once).

Just really lucky I guess.

I can tell you without a doubt showing up to where ICE is, with a gun is idiotic

And it's not the same as them coming to you and you are packing

They are completely different scenarios

I never once said he didn't have the right to have a gun - never once said he deserved to die (like Kato)

It's just not smart

I'm not sure why Davie does this but he takes things I say and just runs with it lol

Yeah, I run with things lol, as you run from the question posed. I'll post them more clearly this time.

Question One: Why is showing up with a gun to where ICE is idiotic?

Why? What makes a law-abiding citizen carrying a gun, as is his right to do, idiotic? Please explain to me when it is and isn't idiotic to exercise your 2nd amendment right.

Question Two: How is inferring someone's heinous death is "on them" only okay when you do it?

Kato didn't say he deserved to die either. He said "hate begets hate" and that he wouldn't lose sleep over his death. Which YOU inferred to mean he "deserved to die for exercising his right to free speech"

You indirectly called this innocent man a "fucking retard" (by pointing out you AREN'T one since you didn't legally have a gun on you near ICE like he did). You clearly arent losing sleep over his death.

What's so different?

You can just call a spade a spade.

FW can still have all of his beliefs, even still be anti-illegal immigration and pro-ICE if that's where he stands, and still just as a free thinking human being admit that someone being murdered for nothing is bad.

in many ways yes.

the implementation of good policy has gone from clunky and inefficient with bad messaging into deadly and cover up territory. and yes it lit up some gray areas with big 2A advocates to where it could cost some seats in Nov 26 and with the timing , leas to another gov shut down next week


while horrible training led to escalation and then a tragic mis understanding. both parties bear some blame on it getting to those crucial 2-3 secs where a gun could have seen or worda "gun" heard , leading to moments where I heat of it, we can understand mistakes happening


but why did that guy need to be brought to the ground in the first place. that was the biggest failure. how can you not contain 2 women and a man with phones in their hand, showing their hands with that many officers and non lethal options. why.so quick and liberal with pepper spray in people's faces?

I will hold the people that swear oaths, earn good money from tax payer dollars and should be trained to a higher standard every time
