Yeah I have never quite grasped this thread. Like the big picture seems pretty straight forward but I think I must be missing some subtleties.
Here's my general advice ---> self-honesty. Do not tell myself she means nothing to me if she means something. Don't tell myself I'm not hurting if I am. Don't tell myself I'm not angry if I am.
Human feelings are okay. They're human. Shit takes time.
