I think I first saw the preview for this movie when I saw Inception. I thought oh this looks good, and then I cringed when Ben Affleck was involved. I still wanted to see it though and I'll say I actually really enjoyed this movie. Definitely his best writing/directing/acting/etc... since Good Will Hunting. Story is a little thin but I think it works really well. The acting is excellent and believable. Ending is a little weak. It feels a lot like the movie Heat. I'd say at least a 7/10 for me.
