We had a nice evening so far. Watched the hockey game, the flyers won, YEAH FLYERS!
Made a new favorite dinner of baked sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, and marinated pork chops...so fucking good. The chops were freaking HUGH, and inch thick! The potatoes turned out very nice, the skin fell right off. Tomorrow I will try my had and ribs for the first time, hopefully they turn out good.
