Not a lot of time to go over the specifics but look back at some of my previous pick threads with the due diligence I used in projecting the winner and I went 10 fold with the Orange on this one!
Beginning of the year previewed a Cuse team destined to be here and Wisky a team that has overachieved! Wisky great 3 PT shooting team and Cuse plays that zone! Wisky should get plenty of attempts but Orange long reach might be difficult to shoot over?
Cuse surprisingly gives up plenty of 2nd chances (of course can't match up boxing out with zone) but Badgers aren't a team that crashes the boards!
Wisky will play that tough man-to man and with the Orange playing zone should hope the refs don't let the Badgers play roughhouse with their defense! Wisky can only win a slow down game! Orange can win both ways!
Key I believe is Cuse getting up early on them and making the Badgers feel more pressure on having to make their shots! Cuse be patient with their defense and let Wisky throw the ball around for 30 seconds! The game should come to them as long as they don't get anxious with wanting to do too much!
Bottom line for me is Syracuse much more athletic than a Wisky team that has players starting that barely saw action last year! Boston location hopefully should also help with the crowd!
