Notable thing to me: in the immediate aftermath, the guy walks right into the road without particularly checking if anyone is coming from any direction.

Some people have something like that happen and it's a wake-up call. They smarten up. They might slowly revert to their old stupid ways, but there is an interval.

Was the driver texting too? Pedestrian was being stupid obviously but the driver was kinda out of it with his reaction.

that's pretty interesting brother rj. Well made clip, goes far beyond phones. For me, speaks to the general pliability and passive conformity of people.

don't forget that the internet was invented by the US military, the idea was there from the start even though the tech was not there yet
 
I watched it on my phone. Gonna share it on a couple other platforms with communities I'm a part of for likes.
 
It was fine, but I feel like the "we are all zombies addicted to our phones" thing is a little played out/low hanging fruit. Like yeah, no shit, everyone already knows that. Not really that edgy or provocative.
