Steve/s I am about to open your eyes to the most revolutionary marketing campaign ever put in print. Before I do you must understand that it will receive great opposition from those around you that arent willing to open their minds and embrace something that has no proven history. Steve/s you, yourself may even question it at first but the more you allow it to marinate, the longer you live the FLOW life the clearer this and all future FLOW experiences will become.
Steve/s we have all heard of multi-level marketing and we associate them with pyramid schemes which are considered illegal. Some are scams but did you know that most coorperations are essential pyramids some through sales agents, some through investors and others through franchises.
Steve/s, like with the example I gave about the rain falling on the roof then the rain falling to the ground individually being Tiered FLOW and how that entire process running together being Multi-dimensional FLOW, I left out another process. As that rain puddles and flows across the ground, some of it soaks into the ground, some of it provides a source of drinking supply while even more of it simply evaporates which eventually starts the process all over again and the combination of all this is called Cycle FLOW.
Cycle FLOW is what will benefit you Steve/s. We want to create a continuous cycle that benefits both the lender, you the agent as well as the often neglected buyer.
Steve/s we want to create a system by which the buyer is doing the marketing/selling for you. Your lender cant have an agent for every buyer out there but by implementing FLOW you can have a single buyer being responsible for creating multiple new accounts.
It starts out simple enough with the buyer receiving a percentage reduction in the interest rate for every new customer they sponsor. Once their interest rate has been reduce to a point reducing it no longer motivates then to keep working for you then you actually start reducing their principle. Numbers would need to be crunched but this Cycle FLOW system will work. More customers doing the work of fewer agents increasing profits and potentially owning their own home well before standard mortgage would have ever allowed creating less chance of foreclosures.
Steve/s, present this to your superiors at your next quarterly and see what flows.
