Seinfeld Project - what's going on?

I know Jerry is doing comedians in cars getting coffee and that he and LD were confirmed to be working on some Broadway stuff... but then there were reports that Jerry and Jason Alexander were spotted up at Tom's Dinner (Monks).

Well this morning Jerry was on the talk radio show I listen to (Boomer & Carton) and he confirmed a few things:

Jason was playing George.
LD was involved behind the camera.
It is medium to short format and not a commercial.
Other Seinfeld characters and locations were involved.
It's likely a one and done.

Exciting for Seinfeld fans but probably just a promo or one shot.

Definite excitement here as a pretty big Seinfeld/Curb fan.

I've only watched a couple of the comedians in cars getting coffee and they've been great. Can feel a binge of them coming on.

Nah. He was playing George, Ld was behind the camera and other cast members were involved. Alexander might do a cars episode but this was something more.

Same here. Curb is/was awesome. I was also a big fan of The Larry Sanders Show.

Luckily we were able to wash down the taste of pure ass that the stupidbowl left in our mouths with Jerry, George and Newman reuniting.
