Cami no one in the city of Toronto itself voted for the guy. It's all of suburbia that voted him in.

He's a terrible human being but he soothes the hillbillies' resentment towards the progressive downtown-core types.

Craziest thing is he has a shot at being re-elected. Suburbia still hates us very much and Robbie Rob is their perfect idea of revenge.
