Quincy guilty of rape

Yes it's an important topic, I have followed what happens in Uganda for a while. I'm surprise the gay friendly media of the west don't cover it more, monthly you can find videos of homosexuals being lynched, some to death, on the gore sites. It's a very open topic but for some reason it doesn't get much coverage. Also happens a lot with people being accused of witchcraft, people with skin conditions, etc. Unrelated, ebola virus is constantly cropping up in villages. Uganda is a fokked and interesting country.
