Feb 28 - Went to Betonline cashier to request $1730 via moneybookers. Transaction not processed, the online cashier is not working.
I call in, they tell me to send request to [email protected]. I do this and get an auto response confirming my request, the responder tells me 36 hours to process.
Feb 29 - I log in to check status, I see no indication anything has happened so I get on chat, they tell me no payout request was received.
I disconnect from chat and call in, they tell me the same thing and that I need to use the online cashier and re-submit payout request.
I try but again the cashier won't process my request. I call back and go through the whole scenario, again. Nothing accomplished.
March 1 - I call in today and have to re explain to a different clerk, he says he will request my payout for me and to check back at 4pm it should be reviewed by then, 4pm, nothing, they say call back at 6.
This was after being on hold for 10 mins then getting disconnected and having to call back and repeat everthing one more time.
I'm frustrated dealing with this shit from offshore bookies.
On a good note, I received TWO payouts in less than a week from Youwager.
Took a $800 Western Union Friday (requested online at 3AM) and by noon the same day picked up my cash.
Then Sunday night requested $2200 via check and Tuesday afternoon Fedex delievered it to my door.
Once I get my funds out of BOL its gonna be difficult for me to ever make another deposit with them.
