Plommers Olympic hockey thread

We look lost on the big ice. Fokkers are trying to play the NHL game on there.

Really ugly first period.

Common.

Much better in the 2nd, we're making plays and shooting instead of crashing the net.

:canada:

You would figure that having a bit more room to move would make it easier for the Canadian players to find open ice since they are used to doing it on a smaller rink. I think that team Norway will start to tire out by the end of the 2nd and we will start to open it up. I could not bear to bet on this 1st game -4.5 is a but much to give away

I guess PK Subban is gonna be warming the bench a lot this Olympics. I haven't heard his name called yet. I guess possibly on the odd Power Play or Penalty Kill?

I guess they would tell the 7th and 8th D men that they may not play a lot before they make their decision to sign up or not.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal

Yeah I don't think Subban is going to play much, he's a bit of a unidimensional PP specialist right now.

Norway with 0 shots on goal so far in 2nd. Price will have his fold out chair open soon at the other end.

I think I'm done betting games before the puck drops. So many bets available live, It seems silly to bet pre-game.

Plommer, you are almost at 20k posts... if you were IAG, you would make that within the hour.

Canada +110 -3.5 In play @Ladbrokes.

:guitar:

Pinnacle is coy about starting a bit late and ending a bit early, then offering good odds, but for not very long.

got -3.5 +128 @ pinny, the +149 was gone by the time I tried to bet it.

+126 now and dropping.

Not looking promising... I should have figured...if I bet lately, I curse everyone who makes the same bet as me.

Thanks for the early 3rd period fluke goal Norway. That just ensured I will lose every bet I made on the game.

Price totally misplayed that plommer. Blame him for leaving the puck for Norway.
