What does it taste like? I remember xenadrine...the real stuff before the FDA banned it (I think that's what happened)...that was some good energy/fat burning/whatever.

its similar, but hcut tastes 100x better, imo...the wild berry flavor taste amazing... better than any kool aid or something like that... they have it at wal mart or most grocery stores... around $19 for 21 packs... i mix 1 pack with about 20oz of water in the morning instead of coffee... they say to use it 30min before 3 meals a day...thats if you are using it to lose weight...1 a day has kept my metabolism flowing nicely..

What kind of hard work are you talking about Muddy?

In broad terms:

Just a general looking within at how I am fucking myself up and making myself miserable with repeating dysfunctional behaviors. Daily awareness and effort towards reducing that stuff, and lifting the heavy weight of fear and selfishness. Striving for self-honesty.

More focus on being happy, less focus on being right.

That is exactly what a 12-step program is all about but there are other ways of doing it too with varying levels of organization.

Seriously awesome. How do I put that in a little quotey thing on my signature? I know it's not a normal funny quote thing but I like the essence and would be a good daily mantra kind of thing for me.

I've been meaning to ask you also Muddy (kind of related to red bull vodka thread)

Have you met many alcoholics who drank normally and casually for many years, and then become addicted later in life? Or is that very unusual?

In my observation, that is more common than people like me who were basically addicted from the first taste.

I have met every color of the spectrum. Some people drink in a normal recreational way their whole life only to cross that invisible line into addiction after retirement. And I have seen everything in between.
