Thanks greg. Just as you see her in the photo, she slept the entire time. My wife had her bundled up like the kid from A Christmas Story.

These are Key West pictures from a little over a year ago.

This one had himself a 76 lb deer.
Park rangers are trying to rid the Everglades of the invasive species by placing transmitters on female Burmese pythons and letting them into the Glades. They will attract male pythons and lead the rangers to them and off them. The pythons have already killed off all the rabbits from the Everglades population. Big problem they are having there.

Feds finally banned import of Burmese pythons a few weeks ago

SUMTER COUNTY, Fla. -

A Sumter County toddler killed by a 100-pound python in 2009 shocked not only Central Florida, but the entire nation.

Shuianna Hare was two years old when her mother's pet python suffocated her while she slept in her crib.

Hare's death put a spotlight on the problems python bring not only their owners, but also the state of Florida.
Quick Clicks

The python that killed Hare was eight-and-a-half feet long and experts say that’s small.

Because pythons can grow to be 26 feet and 200 pounds, they're too big for most owners to handle.

They end up being dumped by those owners in the Everglades.
