Pictures from Florida Everglades

Went to Everglades National Park last weekend for the first time. Nice place to go to get away from everything with the family. Never been so close to alligators in their natural habitat. One foreign idiot put his hand down and tried to touch the gator for a picture, but luckily the park ranger ran over to him and told him to get the hell away from it. Going to see if I can put the pictures up here for easy viewing.

It's a national park, so off limits to the swamp people pavster. Was cold day for South Florida standards, in the 50's.
This is the area where Burmese Pythons are causing problems. So far they have found an 80 lb deer and a 10 ft gator eaten whole by the pythons.

Awesome pics Mcb of the everglades and your family. I am a huge fan of the everglades. Florida has so many great environments for photographs, lets see some pictures from the keys sometimes.
