I couldn't tell you the whole story but maybe I can get the ball rolling.

I know there was some big, seemingly endless pick thread Casper set up. He was entertaining delusions he might be able to match Wally's excellent capping results from the challenge he did. More to the point, he was needy for attention.

Casper had some stated goals and some bets were arranged. My sense is it was more sport than an actual bet. I mean, I'm sure the gamelive people would have paid up if it came to that but everyone knew Casper would not pay off a losing bet but they also knew there was no chance of him living up to his delusion so it was all academic.

Sound and fury signifying nothing, as they say.

In the tiniest surprise in the history of sports (?) forums, Casper proved himself to be a coinflip capper and a stiff.

And he has not been around much since so it turns out there was a real winner to the challenge ---> me.

thats about right. although the motivation behind taking those bets never sat that well with me. If they actually believed they might get paid, then those were ridiculously unfair bets to take. If not then they cant be disappointed. The only other option is they wanted to shut Casper up or egg him on etc...

part 2. :lmao:
