What does the pope do for that religion? I don't want an answer of he resides over the entire church. Does he approve of little boys buttholes being played with? Does he determine punishments for that? Does he figure out what the next bible is? Honestly what does he do? Order four meals a day and eat like a king?

VATICAN CITY Stormy skies and black smoke marked the early session of the papal conclave Wednesday, as two morning votes of the 115 cardinals gathered at the Sistine Chapel failed to result in election of a pope.

The cardinals reconvened after lunch and can vote two more times before retiring for the day. A new pope will be elected when two-thirds, or 77, of the cardinals vote for the same man.
