you can't use those kinds of threads as any sort of "proof" or evidence.... that was just a pot stirring thread....

Wally, you just have to remember some people will think what they want, and WON'T let it go or laugh it off....

some people take themselves very serious....


and some people/forum's are very thin skinned....

because i didn't care - people have called me a lot worse on these forums than that

i just assumed you were yapping and being the new wally

really didn't even give it a second thought until i saw the new thread with my name in it

and then forgot about it again until i saw this thread

trust me, if it had bothered me i would've let you know somehow :)

I think I was either lurking when he was posting some or people just happened to bump a lot of them during that time.

Picking -5000 in tennis though is a sure way to be slaughtered. Even -110 it seems these days haha
 
Oksana, I like things to be resolved. How come you avoided my comments in the Shari thread over there? As a SBR moderator it was a question you could have elected to field even if not directed to any particular mod.

I offer service rendered in exchange and JJ makes a comment about not fuk'n you and one violates policy but ther other doesn't. Now before I get the thing about over there is over there and over here is over here I am asking you here so you can't be held accountable over there.

I wasn't trying to avoid you. Your posts were about a completely different topic to what the thread was about and I just didn't really know how to respond. I didn't see your original post or even know what thread it came from so I have no clue what context it was in. Did you post that in a serious thread or was it in just a typical PT thread?

If there was a serious discussion going on then I'd assume that's why but again I'm just guessing.

Ok Shari but the rule is still the rule regardless if it's in a serious thread or not. The rule covers all context. The thread was in PlayersTalk and serious thread or not has never been an issue anyways. Plenty of serious threads have posters who break from topic or wisecrack about the topic anyways. I'm not holding you accountable just was hoping to get your opinion since you work for them.

This is nothing new and I have hashed it out with Walker for 2 years and he is too stubborn, ignorant or simply doesn't care that if you have rules that are to be enforced then they should be equally enforced. I could accept Walker if he would be a man about it and say something along the lines of "It's my forum and I'll do what I want" which is what he is saying without saying it but instead he says SBR has the best mods in the business and they know how to do their job.

I remember this thread. We all changed our avatars to various mods. Teela and Robyn were hilarious. Very clever repartee. Loubert was kinda whiney.

Oh...and those of you whose IPs are banned...oh well.

I remember dying laughing as everyone changed their avatars.... but reading it without the avatar's changed was fun, to try to guess who was who at that point...

Ok Wally, but you didn't answer my question. Was it a serious thread ie one started by an Admin, a policy thread, etc... and you just said that out of the blue or was it a PT thread where everyone was joking around and your comment alone was targeted? You might not see the difference but there is one.

I'm just trying to figure it out as the times I've seen people nailed for saying things like that it's because they've jumped in a thread and just posted something sexual about me completely off topic.
