Overshare but i dont care. We just opened the 1st US style food restaurant in our State last night. All we did was advertise on FB and Twitter and were completely overcome by the demand. We had ppl lining up along the sidewalk, willing to wait for up to 90 minutes to sample our wares...Controlled chaos to the extreme...

As for the truck, we were approached today by a producer who wants to do a reality style television program on food trucks lol

May have another one for sundays action but so busy with work atm that free time is a sacred commodity that needs to be used carefully...
