Husted: Dakota Ridge senior enjoys ultimate prom night

"I hope I don't wake up too soon," said Conner Cordova, 18, seated at Jing Restaurant and on his way to his senior dance with Maxim model and Ultimate Fighting Championship ring girl Arianny Celeste, 24.
Why would he wake up? He's a senior at Dakota Ridge High School. She's, well, Arianny. Cordova had a crush on her and, via YouTube, begged her to come to the dance. She said, "Yes," and there she was Saturday night.
"This is better than my own prom date in '04," said Celeste. OK, but why go to the senior dance with this scrawny kid?
"It caught my eye," she said. "He really put a lot of effort into this."
Cordova told me Sunday that they were "rockin' it" at the dance. "And I ended up getting a kiss, which was awesome."
It wasn't a late date mainly because Cordova had to get up at dawn to be on "Fox & Friends."
"I have her number," he said. "We're going to stay in touch."
